How to fill out an online form

Step 1:

Online Enrollment

New students must fill out an online enrollment form.
Watch the above video on how to fill out your online application.
During the online application, students have to:
  • Choose Evans as the school
  • Choose an orientation class called ECP.
  • The ECP time and days do not matter. Simply choose one.
  • Once you have the confirmation number, come back and fill out the form on Step 2.

When you are ready, click on the button below to apply.

Interview and Registration

Activate School Email (SSO)

You will be sent the information you need to activate your SSO (School Email).
